Comment décrocher quand on n'arrive pas à débrancher?

Photo: Tom Lin.

  2. You bring just the camera to capture memories of the vacation where all you did was enjoy the free time together visiting places, relaxing, sharing your life stories and ambitions, playing games etc.

If you really need info from home (someone is ill) call from a payphone every morning your contact person at home.

If you really need music, listen to the radio together and hear songs of different styles from different generations. The person that loves the song can probably tell everyone all about it and the singer/writer, creating conversation and new knowledge for everyone.

If you really need to have a portable PC to check your email or do your regular job or stay connected with it, then something is seriously wrong.

If a family goes on vacation with members plugged into an Ipod, portable pc or portable dvd player distancing themselves from the other family members, they might as well have stayed at home. A vacation is supposed to let a family get away from it all and spend quality time together, which has been ruined since we can now bring our home along with us.

It is very easy to décroche, just don't bring the stupid stuff.

Try it, you will love it.

Roy: Got it. Next time, don't bring the stupid stuff... Although the teenagers might rebel...

  4. Impressionnant !
